Shipping

Where do we deliver?

We ship to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium. If you cannot choose Belgium at checkout, we are temporarily not delivering there.

Shipping costs

All amounts include VAT. The shipping costs depend on the country we deliver to:

If you order products worth at least €75.00 (including VAT, after discount), shipping is free. You see the shipping costs of your order at checkout, before you order.

Delivery time

We ship your order as soon as possible after your payment has been received. Unless we have agreed a different delivery time with you, we deliver within 30 days of your order at the latest. If we cannot, we let you know; you can then cancel the order free of charge, as described in article 7 of our terms and conditions.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you receive an email with the name of the carrier and the tracking code. You can use it to follow your parcel on the carrier's website.

Parcel damaged or not received?

If your parcel arrives damaged, something is missing, or it has not arrived, email info@racktrace.io with your order number and, if possible, a photo. Until you have received the parcel, the risk is ours.
